RAWALPINDI: A Japanese national was laid to rest in cemetery near Faizabad on Tuesday.
Otaakeera, aged
between 40 and 45, was found dead in his hotel room in Saddar. He traveled to Pakistan on Nov
6 and went to visit Murree with his Pakistan
i business partner, Farhat A
li.
After staying at the hill station for a couple of days, they came to Rawalpindi, where they were staying at a local hotel.
The police said that Otaakeera was planning to establish a car dealing business and checked in at the Saeed Hotel in Saddar on Nov 9. He fell when he was taking a bath.
The body was shifted to the District Headquar
ters Hospital and a post mortem was conducted to ascertain the cause of death.
